For the eco-conscious, a certain amount of self back-patting might be in order—even though some of today’s Lely Resort town-homes are actually as spacious as many single family dwellings. Lely Resort offers Attached villas in neighborhoods like Moorgate Point, Palomino Village, Mustang Villas and Chase Preserve. Condominium homes are situated in Flamingo Fairways, GreenLinks, Sunstone, The Verandas and ‘Ole Village. Coach Homes are located in Ascot, Alden Woods, Saratoga, Champions Point, Legacy and Hawthorne. The newest addition of Coach Homes by Stock Development are called Cipriani.
